Treadmill speed varies from what country you live. 30 seconds on treadmill - Incline 8 speed 14 (speed 8.7 in USA) 15 seconds rest 30 seconds shadow boxing 15 seconds rest 30 seconds on treadmill incline 6 speed 14 Repeat for 6 rounds total.
