One of my friends is encouraging me to do 100 push-ups, squats and crunches a day. When I opened my social media, he was the first post doing his first set of push-ups for the day. I watched while laying in bed.. *Then quickly felt guilty and motivated.* First set of 20 push ups, done! I need a bra, better fit and a hair tie 🫠 I like to watch myself. I want to see what I’m doing and build better. Always wanting progress 🙌🏻
