It’s a work of art, an opportunity to taste what someone has dedicated their life to crafting- in a way they think that vineyard and those grapes from that vintage is supposed to be. It’s a chance to explore a farmer’s philosophy and understand how that had a huge influence on the end product. It’s a way to bring friends and family together and share something that will never be what it is in that moment, ever again. It’s a way to celebrate & relax & explore. And, so much more. 🍷

I wish you could taste this. Today I am enjoying the 2014 Onyx Cab from Pine Ridge Vineyards in the heart of California's prestigious wine country. It's silky & rich and the aromatics are enticing. I enjoy wine any time of the year, but there is something special about the fall. After all, that's when the growing season comes to an end and the harvest begins. You can almost feel the energy in the glass. I am looking forward to the newest vintage releases coming my way- it's been a good few years for wine! Cheers
