just got back from the hardest pole class of my life... I have so much respect for dancers; they are strong as all hell... I was the worst one in the class by far, which is a new experience for me; I’m used to being the most athletic in the room, or at least close to it... it’s good to be humbled every now and then and boyyyy was tonight humbling 😓😅
