K so … I’m not gonna BS you during this workout extravaganza month 🤣 yesterday during my ab workout I was soooo SORE and that word is an understatement. I usually don’t take breaks between rounds like I was in this video but I was doing back flips (a ton actually 🤣) the day before and doing so it tore my lower abs apart. So if you don’t get anything out of this other than the workout itself … try not to take breaks between rounds. If you are a beginner you probably should. 10 rounds. 10 reps each Sit ups.
