Hey everyone I’m so sorry I seem so distant, I’m appealing to you to be patient because I haven’t felt this unwell in around 4 years. It’s like intense mental health fatigue and upset, I cry several times a day for no reason other than how bad I feel inside. I’m trying to get therapy set up for the new year and will get back into work fully on the 3rd of January. Sorry to feel so disconnected and overwhelmed. I’m only human and feel like I need rest.
