And like a snake shedding its skin, I go through my cycles of transformation, again and again. Shedding. Changing. Loss. Doubt. Fear and worry. Acceptance. Trust. Commitment. Truth. Death Rebirth. & again. & again. It’s all part of it. And I will never stop. 🐍

Good morning beautiful beings! Waking up to all those contributions has me feeling immensely grateful and energized. I also slept a delicious, uninterrupted 9 hours! (That is very rare for me these days!) To have this level of unconditional support and love is extremely rare in this work (and in this world!), and I don’t take that for granted. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that this is my life and this is my support system. 😭 I’ve spent a lot of time in life feeling alone and separate, but now I’ve magnetized a wonderful communi...

✨ **Honor and Serve the Goddess** ✨ I am heading to my annual shamanic goddess retreat for several days in the serene natural landscapes of Utah. I began working with a Celtic shaman seven years ago, and she’s become a dear friend (& soul-family), so when we are together, magic happens. I will be attending her retreat with a small group of women to connect with ourselves, each other, and our inner divinity. Last spring was my first time going ('coincidentally' I was also in a transitional period/moving), and now it feels like a b...

Short sun soaks have been very nourishing lately! ☀️The sun just makes me feel so alive and well (hence why I couldn’t manage the long PNW winters) 😅 I am preparing to go out of town for a retreat with my shaman, so I’ve a very busy day, however! I’m craving slowness and the ability to be in my new home, but the timing of my move was different than I had imagined (delayed several months) so I did not get the slow spring I expected. (Damn expectations!) So, I’ve a busy few weeks and then I’m taking most of June to cultivate...

Both @poetrising and I are February pisces babies and remotely collaborated on a video bundle (trailer seen here!) for our birthday month. The stars aligned last week, and we were actually able to see one another in person! Even though we had just met, it felt like connecting with a long-time friend 💕 we decided to play around a little on her camera and ended up with the cutest photoset! I’ll be sharing more today! 🥰
