✨Let’s get ready for the gym✨ I find so much peace in this routine because training has become a big part of my life now😊 Here are the 3 biggest changes I’ve noticed since I started hitting the gym consistently➡️ 1. My anxiety has decreased significantly 📉 2. I eat A LOT more and manage a healthy relationship with food 🥗 3. I’m learning a ton about my body and how to better care for it even outside of the gym 🏋️♀️

✨Get comfortable being uncomfortable✨ I’m still working to overcome being completely confident in the gym.. it’s intimidating! Especially when beginning, this is all a new environment to your brain. Be patient with yourself and embrace the discomfort. It’s ok to make mistakes.. i have some days where I have no idea what exercises i’m going to pull together. Give yourself the credit that you showed up and are willing to step out of your comfort zone. You owe it yourself 🤍
