Did you know there’s different type of coconut milks you should be using depending on what type of meal you’re making? 🤔 For example, usually with desserts you’ll want a full fat coconut milk, to mimic the texture of cream, but for savory dishes you may want a lighter coconut milk! 💚

Loveee finding handmade loose teas, they’re so much better than prepackaged grocery store teas (even though they’re better than nothing!) ☕️🍵🫖 I love including lots of different herbs and plants in my diet, and teas are a great way to do that! 💚

Okay maybe I’m just silly, but having this little Amazon tablet in my kitchen is sooo helpful 🥰 I can have it set timers, ask cooking questions, find recipes, and sooo much more, all while my hands are full in the kitchen! 👩🏼🍳🍴It really makes life easier, it’s like having a little kitchen assistant 😜

Sundays = couch and movies 😜💚 But for real, if you’re trying to find something to watch and you’re maybe in the mood for a little information, there are sooo many interesting documentaries about veganism that are really cool! I actually first turned vegan after watching Forks over Knives, which is a really good one. 🍿🎥🎬

It may seem crazy, but just chugging water all day long isn’t actually amazing for you. 🫣🫢 You have to add some electrolytes! There’s lots of products out there, but I personally love these LMNT packets because of the great amount of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and also they taste great! 💦🥤💚

Sooo ready to rest today, a weeks worth of meal planning and cooking is no joke! That’s why on the weekends I like to treat myself a little and order in or go out 😘💚 What do you prefer, ordering in, or going out to eat?

Let’s talk about probably the most important kitchen tool, the knife! 🔪💚 Having a good, sharp knife is so important when you’re cooking. I know it sounds like it should be the opposite, but a dull knife is actually really dangerous! You can either buy a separate sharpener for your knives, or get a set with one built in, like this one! If you don’t wanna get a whole set, I’d recommend one good quality chef knife. 🥰

A lot of planning goes into having yummy vegan meals every day! Honestly, one of the most important parts of cooking to me is staying organized, otherwise it starts to get stressful. And I like my kitchen to stay fun 😜💚

Keeping my kitchen clean and looking good doing it 😜😘 But for real, my motto is before you start cooking anything you need to start with a clean kitchen. There’s nothing more chaotic than food and dishes that you don’t need everywhere when you’re trying a recipe! 💚

Have you guys heard of sea moss gel? 🌊🏖️ I’m telling you, this is gonna be the new superfood obsession in a matter of time, so get on board now! Out of the 102 minerals and nutrients our body needs, sea moss gel naturally has 92 of them😁😁😁 92!!! I love this naturally flavored one so I can just have a couple spoonfuls every morning instead of a one-a-day vitamin. 💪💚

You know when it’s the weekend I’m always looking for a cocktail that still has a bit of a healthy twist to it! 🍸🍹Sangria is a great way to add extra fruit (aka extra hydration!) to your beverage, so you can naturally sweeten it instead of using artificial sweeteners. And this way you still get to wind down on your day off 😉😘💚
