last nights stuffing- a whole large pizza and about a ltr of rly heavy and thick weight gain shake! before, during and after! 😌 it was my first time making a shake using wg powder and i made it wayyy too rich and thick, it was almost impossible to drink but somehow i managed almost all of it! i was so full i could hardly move after all of that. i’m so surprised at how my capacity is growing. i’m getting so greedy and able to finish more and more!
