Well it seems we have some bad news. My cousin finally got official word from the PO in the US that cigarettes can't be mailed. I'm at a loss. I have no idea how to get the dozen packs I left with her, or anything anybody else has purchased for me. I'm quite angry at this entirely unfair rule that we can't mail the dang things to each other. I'm 100% certain this was not always the case.
