happiness is something iβve learned to have self-responsibility for. itβs not something someone can just give you or that you can buy; at least not sustainably. once i accepted that i am most responsible for my happiness, the more i learned about how to make myself happy. it starts small, like tracking the things i do that donβt make me feel so good and then doing those things less frequently... and doing the things that DO make me happy more often. what does happiness look like to you? π
