So I've been a little MIA the past couple of days with midte..

So I've been a little MIA the past couple of days with midterms and life but there's been one thing bothering me a lot and I need your opinion! I feel like I'm heavier than I want to be and I'm thinking I need to go into overdrive to change my diet and exercise frequently so I can drop the weight.
