“So stoic and strong. This strength you’ve embodied here, bring it forth everywhere you go” This was my first session with @dungeonhouse- let me tell you he did not disappoint. These are the words he spoke to me when he’d check in. In the moment, I thought yes keep saying that and of coarse this is what I’m made for, I love this pain. Now, I reflect and think my next session I want someone to break me. I want to cry. I want to feel deep. I want to find my limit. I want to explore sub space.

I think I may be ready to start taking on photo shoots again. Burn out is real y'all. Take the time to rest that you need. I literally started to feel like I couldn't function and was ready to snap at anyone and everyone. Spending the Monday reflecting on how to refill my cup and my reserves. How I can continue to honor my pursuits or career and still maintain balance in my happiness. ugh why is adulting so hard.

Found some photos from after my shibari session on my camera I forgot about. Self care is not just about pampering yourself. It also about following your dreams and stepping into the unknown. that's how I felt about being suspended with rope. I was so curious and ready but also scared to let go of control. I did it and boy am I glad. what a thrilling weekend. I dare you to try something that really intrigues you but scares you a bit. You'd be surprised by how healing that journey can be.

Y'all! I have gained weight! I don't talk about my body image/ weight often but for the past year it has been nearly impossible for me to put weight on and that leaves me feeling low on energy, depressed, weak. None of which are fun feelings. Im slowly getting back to a weight I know my body thrives at and that also means my booty gets bigger. Now time to hit the squat rack 🤤
