Can't believe this time last year I was just short time away from traveling for 4 months, this year isn't going to look like that but it still feels just as wild 😅👀

Need to set a new hiking routine asap When I traveled last year I think because of the idea that I wasn't in these places for very long made me have a habit of hiking somewhere new almost every other day (and when I was in the mountains and didn't have to even drive to hiking spots I hiked every day it didn't rain that month!) And I really need to approach it this way now, even though I'm so familiar with the area I'm in there's still more to explore

Oh I also finally figured out why my eyes were irritated and I had to wear glasses all winter...I became randomly allergic to my contact solution and had to switch 🤦♀️ I'm glad I figured it out finally but wowe that was so much

My body feels so GOOD this year, working a lot last year on balance and this is the first spring I feel truly energized and ready for the year rather then still feeling ultimately depleted because of lack of vitamin d ect. Booty gains here we come!
