So I’m realizing I’ll have to take some much needed rest as my upper body is over trained and that sucks😤 Guess I’ll just have to be very gentle with my upper body for the next couple of weeks although it’s very very difficult for me not to go totally crazy in the gym😜😂 Did have an amazing leg session yesterday tho😈🦍 If you feel like treating yourself with a personal flex video like this let me know and I’ll be happy to make you something 💋❤️

Legday and we are trying to lower rep ranges and increase intensity 🏋🏻♀️ It’s been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg 🥵 My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but I’m satisfied with todays session🤩🙏 We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg, Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads, hams and calves in the machines 🔥🥵 I’m excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully ...
