I don’t know how it happened but my muscles were looking pretty full at the weekend without me being in a gym for nearly two weeks! I’m gonna be out of one until Friday but judging by last lockdown I shouldn’t lose too much.💪 I’m pretty sure I’ll have to do a little January cut though considering how much I love cheese and chocolate; both of which are in copious supply in my folks house over the Christmas....😂
