Getting some vitamin D.. Did I tell you that my vitamin D levels were in the healthy range? I believe it's due to the fact that I get lots of direct sunlight on skin that isn't protected with sunscreen. I wear sunscreen if I'm going to be in the sun for long enough that I know I'll burn otherwise. But I believe it's beneficial to get direct sunlight without sunscreen when possible. I lay out anywhere from a half hour to about 40 minutes usually towards the middle to end of summer without burning. 🌞

Coffee moments! The physical therapist thinks my problem is shoulder impingement and that my collarbone, shoulder blade, and neck, etc., are compensating. He'll work with me for the rest of this month and October. I hope it helps!
