This is what i eat before every workout. An hour before i have 2 and a half cups of plain chex cereal with 2 scoops of whey in water instead of milk. Feeds the muscles during workout. Also i mix in my water eaas, creatine and carb powder and sip on that throught workout. Today im doing back and abs plus 40 min on the eliptical for cardio.

Half cup of raw oats, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt and a scoop of protein. My go to protein is precision brand honey granola. It mixes good with everything and flavor is decent.
