I have issues with time and I need to figure out how to get over it lol. I’m so strict about schedules (even though I don’t need to be) like if I am not up and ready for the gym by 8am most of the time I won’t go, even if it’s just 1 hour later. Dunno why!! Makes me anxious then I get SUUUPER irritated that I ruined my day lmao. And I’m like this with sooo many other things. I think it keeps me from doing basic life things.
