I’ve literally sat down and mapped out my calories, what I’m eating, what I buy from the store, with one goal in mind. ***2023 Year End Recap // Gain & Goals*** This past year has been huge for my waistline. It was my first full year gaining, and boy has it been memorable. My body has completely changed and is absolutely covered in stretch marks. I've gained an insane amount of weight, putting me well into an obese bmi.
