I’m so pale, I looked radioactive in the sunlight today. My body was so soft, warm and alive while laying out my deck this morning. (photos taken on private property)

I’ve been half-asleep most of the day today. I know the tides are turning and I’ll be better in the coming weeks but I want it now. I am forever impatient. I feel like my Autistic brain is always trying to solve for the fastest solution in all situations. Go go go! I’ll do everything perfectly and that means I’ll be better tomorrow, right. Right?! Waiting is not my strong suit, but wait I shall.

How hard would you try to get my number if you saw me in town like this? ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I have a few more wellness things I need to do before I can settle a bit. Heading off island to go to an appointment, pick up some supplies to support my new needs, and grocery shop for approved foods for my new diet. I’m curious if the focusing I have to do on calming my vagus nerve will have an effect on my overall moods and health. I wonder if this nerve system in my body has been injured for some time and finally broke. This will be an i...

hey lovelies! It seems I have gastroparesis likely caused by the SSRI I am taking combined with stress and some inflammation in my stomach. It basically means that my stomach doesn’t empty correctly because of nerve damage. Treatment is a bit tricky to start. There are general guidelines for what to eat and avoid but everyone’s body reacts different. Like, I can eat ice cream and yogurt very safely but dairy, overall, is not recommended. The same goes for nuts. Fizzy water makes me feel better but it’s generally considered something t...

Back in this bathroom while back home, back up to long “showers” 😉 Yes, that is a seat ring on my butt. I have this weird habit of sitting down like it’s a chair while I wait for the water to heat up. I’ve never put the lid down?? I’ve done it since I was a kid lol Today, I got sucked into a YouTube wormhole watching misbehaving parrots.

Off to run my errands. It’s gorgeous up here today, hot sun and a nice cool breeze. Wish we could go to the beach.
