Finally got a little time and space in my new home to take some pictures and also make this little video... My new room is actually a cave! And waking up to this light every morning and coming out of my cave into the sunlight feels like being reborn every day... it's quite a magical thing ☀️

Here's more than 30 minutes of today's shoot compressed into about a minute 😊 I was shooting with Imar van Riet, a photographer I have worked with in the past and really enjoy posing for, as you can see by how much I am laughing. It can be so inspiring to work on a project that you can connect with, especially under these circumstances of not having been able to shoot for so long... First we were doing some classic poses and then towards the end we did some abstract close ups and portraits. I can't wait to see the results How ar...

From a really awesome body paint session with @juliagoma by Jeffrey Hallman I have been doing a lot more life drawing sessions lately as well as these body paint sessions and I've really been enjoying the change of pace. Compared to photographic work the poses for life modeling require you to sit still for a very long time, which can be incredibly meditative and pushes you to go inward. And I actually find that the body painting can have a similar feeling. You have to have a lot of patience, the painting often times takes nearly all day to...

I almost couldn't believe it when I saw that my last self portrait session was two weeks ago..! So even though I am feeling incredibly uncreative today I sat down and took some self portraits... I dont think they're very good but I do think ita a good process to get it all flowing again and then go an actually create something interesting

A little timelapse of @juliagoma taking her first turn at being a photographer ☀️ I'm sorry I haven't been as active lately, both on instagram and here... theres a lot going on in my personal life at the moment and I feel very disheartened by the new rules that instagram will start enforcing soon... part of me questions the point, in even trying all this anymore. I have put so so much effort, time and work into all of this and am not really sure how continue it all without a platform through which I can connect with other artists.....

Some very experimental images shot by Benjamin, of @juliagoma and me... Part of me really loves playing around with this abstractness and also with the colors. I often feel the more unclear an image is, the more you can read into it and thus it can hold much more emotions at times, than something that is already clearly defined... And then on the other hand I often feel its easy to become too abstract to the point where it isn't relatable anymore for people... A fine balance that I am still testing out continuously

Recently I got to photograph some self portraits for the bra..
Recently I got to photograph some self portraits for the brand Moons and June's ☀ This is the first time that I ever created something for a brand all by myself, so I was very excited about this! I also had not really spent much time before photographing myself in clothes, so that was interesting for me as well... Luckily underwear still allows to see much of the body, which for me often is what makes it interesting...
