This is one of my favorites for ab workouts 🏋🏻♀️ “Vertical toe touches.” This exercise will help strengthen your legs at the same time since you’re keeping them flexed remaining in position with your feet pointed toward the ceiling. Using your core you’re going to lift your shoulder blades off the floor along with the rest of your upper body til you reach your toes. Then let your self back down with your legs in the same position until you feel a burn. 🔥
