Pros of training in a gym: more variety of equipment to use, easier for me to focus in that setting. Pros of in-home training: no commute to the gym, no awkward eye contact with other gym goers while I do that leg spreading glute machine...and I can wear WHATEVER I want 😉 Hope everyone’s weeks are off to a great start! 😊 (Ps: don’t forget to stretch 😘)
