Being a yogi and a hippy, my feet are bare the vast majority of the time ☺️ I've had a few DMs about my feet lately, and I'm curious about how many foot fans I have here! Should I post my feet a little more? 👣

The chest opener feels amaaazing! 😌 Plus I'm loving the bonus glute stretch. Any version of a figure 4 stretch is a good one in my books 👌

**CELEBRATION TIME!!** Today was my last day of yoga teacher training AND this week marks one year on OnlyFans! To celebrate, here's me leading through Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutation A) with my best Yoga Teacher Voice 😉 I feel so fortunate for both of these things; for me, YTT and OF are both iterations of celebrating my body. From dance parties, to hard yoga poses, to long walks in foreign countries, to powerful orgasms, my body is such a gift. Thank you for being here with me, giving me a reason to unwrap myself, over and over and ...

One of my biggest takeaways from YTT was just how important joint positioning is, especially in some of the more technical postures. Inwardly rotating the shoulder *before* reaching for the bind is key here! I hope you don't mind a little lip peeking out to say hi 😈

My boobs are doing that thing again! Every now and then, they just get huge and swollen for no reason. They're pretty sensitive, but as you can tell, they're also very fun to play with when they're like this 😈

The supine figure four is my go-to glute stretch when I'm looking for rest and restorative movement. You can still get super deep into the glutes without using any energy to stay upright 😌One of my faves to cool off at the end of a class!🙏
