Exercise spotlight 💫 Around the world's! This is a fantastic exercise for building your shoulders. I chose to grab plates rather than dumbbells for a little variety. This is also something you can easily do at home if you aren't able to get to the gym. Focus on squeezing your shoulders at the top and slowing it down on the way down. You won't need a lot of weight with this exercise as it works your shoulders from a unique angle. Have you ever tried this exercise before?! 💛 Let me know in the comments!

From my OVERALL VICTORY win at the 2019 Midwest Gladiator in Chicago, IL! 💛 Glute training was always a priority for me when getting ready for competitions. I spent many hours on the stairmaster, sometimes with resistance bands around my knees focusing on squeezing my glutes and contracting. Bikini competitions are very often won or lost on glute development. If you haven't tried that, give it a try!
