This week I had a really fun opportunity, to work with a drone pilot (these aren't from the drone, but I still felt they would be nice to share) I had actually met him on the beach, while I was doing a very quick and spontaneous sunset shoot with a friend. He had in fact kind of walked in on us and at first I thought maybe we would be in trouble for being publicly nude, but he immediately apologized and left. Someone asked me that for new years, I would photograph some more closesups and skin. I find it easier to capture those in an interesting way, when I am photographing someone else usually, but I will definitely still get to taking some more self portraits in this way and maybe even video tape some super close ups, but for now this is a handful of little details of my torso for you to enjoy..

Playing a little with angles... I am somewhat limited in my possibilites at the moment, since I only brought a small tripod with me to spain. I have considered buying a new bigger tripod but I have to say there is part of me that likes challenging myself a little or limiting my possibilites in a way, because it makes me more creative. Even when these are truly simple problems it causes me to approach my imagery with a somewhat different mindset than usually, which gives more possibilty for new ideas in turn

Gotta say I'm pretty proud of this one... I found an amazing spot for photos today and shot quite a bunch of amazing things, that really made me feel like I have moved into a new phase of my photography journey. Do you feel the same? Or is it just in my head?
