I worked on content for you guys for the next weeks when im in spain but 5 days ago i sneezed and completely wrecked my neck idk what happened. I tried to go on with it, losing motion but heating it up.. anyways its become way too hard so I had to get an appointment for a massage to hopefully unblock me🤧$90 just because i sneezed is crazy 😭 the day of, i had a numbness in my right side and couldnt hear from my right ear.
